ADA Stress Test – Quick Feedback Survey

We’re exploring a new service and would really value your input. This 1-minute survey is anonymous, and we will not contact you unless you request us to do so as part of your survey response.

What Is the ADA Stress Test?

The ADA Stress Test is a proposed service in which a former attorney from the U.S. Department of Education’s Office for Civil Rights (OCR) would review a college or university’s public-facing web presence in the same manner as federal investigators.

The goal is to quickly identify the types of issues that are most likely to trigger OCR or DOJ attention, and provide institutions with a clearer picture of their actual regulatory risk.

Why Might It Matter to Your Institution?

  • Shows how your web presence might look from a federal investigator’s perspective
  • Helps IT, accessibility staff, and leadership align around risk and priorities
  • Focuses on what OCR actually reviews, rather than trying to “fix everything” in WCAG
  • Supports more informed decisions about staffing, budgeting, and remediation plans

Your Feedback
